Polagra Tech is the Exhibition of Machines and Devices for the Meat Industry which will take place from September 13, 1009, to September 17, 2009 within the confines of  International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies Polagra-Tech. The exhibition will be a place of presentation of the latest technological solutions, and modern machinery and devices. There will be also organized branch meetings, seminars and lectures which will complement the offer of companies representing meat industry.

 

The exhibition takes place every two years that is why its previous edition was organized in 2007. The exhibitors presented a very rich offer of machines, devices and accessories for the meat industry. The visitors had the first ever opportunity to see a modern production line in operation. Various production technologies were presented, including production of boiled and roasted pork knuckle, raw smoked meat products, fine minced sausages, traditional ham, semi-products for roasting, sausages, pates and various products. Many trade fair participants visited the workshop to taste finished products.
